Tropical Chicken

Non-stick spray
6 skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 20oz (2 1/2 cups) pineapple, drained
4 Fuzzy Navel Fruitfull® bars
4 Pineapple Fruitfull® bars
2 Tropical Splash Fruitfull® bars
2 Passionate Cherry Fruitfull® bars
1 chicken bullion cube

Instructions:
Melt fruit bars and mix reserve fruit and approximately 3 cups of the juice.
In a deep skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, brown chicken over high heat about 3
minutes on each side. Set aside on a plate. Add rice and garlic to pan and cook until rice
is translucent. Place chicken over rice and add all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil
and turn heat to low. Simmer, covered, until rice is cooked - about 30 minutes.
Note: This recipe is lower in fat and healthier because no chicken broth is used.
