Instructions: 1. Combine the thawed Fruitfull® lemon and coconut juice bars in a medium bowl. Whisk in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
2. Place the shrimp in a large bowl and pour Fruitfull®-honey mixture over them. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp on skewers and place on grill. Cook 2 minute on each side or until shrimp are cooked through and sauce is golden. Place rice on serving platter and top with shrimp. Garnish with chopped Honey I Ate The Peanuts and cilantro.
