Caribbean Chicken with "Tropical Splash" Sauce

6 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie sauce
2 Tropical Splash Fruitfull® bars, thawed
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp water
2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions:
Sprinkle chicken with pumpkin pie spice. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking
spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
Mix together Fruitfull® bars, chicken broth, ginger, cloves and a dash of freshly
ground pepper; pour over chicken. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and let simmer until
chicken is tender, approximately 20 minutes.
Remove chicken with slotted spoon; keep warm until ready to serve. Combine brown sugar,
water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth. Add to skillet, cooking over meduim heat
until thickened (stir mixture occasionally). Spoon sauce over chicken; serve with rice.
