Instructions:

Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Place in a large pan of water and boil until soft. Drain. Mash using an electric mixer. Add Fuzzy Navel bar and allow to melt (remove stick). Add margarine, continuing to beat with mixer. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and marshmallow creme. Beat until well mixed. Put into casserole dish and top with marshmallows. Place in oven to brown marshmallows. Serve hot from oven. If any is leftover from dinner, this dish is great as a cold midnight snack.

It just wouldn't be a holiday feast without this festive tasty treat!
