Whassup Wasabi Spicy
Turkey Cutlets

4 Turkey Breast Cutlets
1 cup Be Happy & Healthy® Snacks
WHASSUP WASABI mix
1 large egg white
3 tbsp. wasaibi mayonnaise (optional, may use
regular mayonase)
flour for dredging
Serves 4
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Instructions:
Step 1 - in blender or food
processor, process WHASSUP WASABI snack mix until finely ground.
Place in a shallow dish. Set aside.
Step 2 - In another shallow dish, beat
egg white with wasabi mayonnaise
Step 3 - In third dish, add flour. Dredge
each turkey breast cutlet in flour ... then dip in egg ... then add to
WHASSUP WASABI mixture, making sure to cover completely and pat so
WHASSUP WASABI mixture adheres. Place on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper
Step 4 - Place in oven and bake about 30
minutes or until turkey is cooked through, turning over once halfway through
baking time
Serve with steamed broccoli and rice .
