Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9"x5" loaf pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. With fork or pastry blender, cut in slightly thawed banana cream and tamarind frozen Fruitfull® bars. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 60 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings. Note from Moira: When my spouse was
deployed on his last Naval Cruise, he developed a taste
for tamarind. Since our children found the
taste of tamarind a little too tart...I devised a
recipe that combined their love of bananas with my
husband's preference for tamarind. It is a big hit at our home-that
compensates for the tartness of tamarind. The Fruitfull bars make
it simple and easy without to worry about having bananas at home. I
keep extra bars in the freezer for when we have
