Instructions: Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the onions, sweet potatoes and apples; sauté until golden and caramelized about 20 minutes. Add the garlic and thyme and sauté 1 minute more. Transfer to a food processor along with broth, chutney, orange juice and brown sugar; puree until smooth (if using a smaller food processor, puree mixture in 2-3 batches). Season with desired amount of salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish and sprinkle the cranberry mix over the top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
