Spicy Sweet Potato Chocolate Surprise
4 slices sweet
potato pecan bread slices
Nutella
2 shakes hot
sauce
banana slices
4 slices
pepper jack cheese slices

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the breads into triangles 4 per
slice. Toast bread on a sprayed (Pam) cookie
sheet about 10-12 minutes so it is slightly toasted.
In a small
bowl place about 1/3- 1/2 c Nutella and mix well with the hot sauce
(optional) then spread the Nutella over the
toasted bread slices.
Place a thinly (about 1/8 inch) sliced
piece or 2 of banana.
Slice the pepper jack cheese into
triangles 4/slice.
Place the pepper jack onto the bread/Nutella/banana
and place back in oven on cookie sheet for 6-8 min until the cheese just
starts to melt.
Serve on a pretty platter as an
appetizer-your guests will say what the heck then just say wow!
