Katye's Lemon Shrimp

 

Pictured as the shrimp are ready to go into the oven.

Ingredients

1 Lemon Fruitfull® Bar

20 Jumbo Cooked Shrimp (Frozen) or Uncooked Shrimp, Fresh

¼ tsp. Dried cilantro

¼ tsp. Dijon style mustard (grainy if available)

¼ tsp. Dried basil

¼ tsp. Dried marjoram

1 large clove fresh minced garlic

Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

 

1.  Place Fruitfull® bar in microwaveable container and microwave on high for 1 minutes.  Remove stick and discard.

2.  Add all seasonings to melted Lemon Fruitfull® bar except Parmesan cheese and stir. 

3.  Toss shrimp in lemon mixture until coated.  Pour into flat ovenproof container, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 1 –3 hours.

4.   Remove plastic and turn shrimp over prior to broiling.  Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and place in broiler for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. 

5.  Can serve as an appetizer or over rice.  May use hot lemon mixture to pour over rice or as a dip for shrimp.
