Healthy Holiday Strata

4 slices Be Happy and Healthy® Breads- Orange
Cranberry, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
8 ounces cooked turkey breast meat, diced
2 green onion, minced
1/3 cup Be Happy and Healthy® Snacks- Judy's Apple
Crisps
1/3 cup Be Happy and Healthy® Snacks- All About
Almonds
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs or egg substitute
2 cups low fat milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp ground pepper
garnish- orange zest and parsley sprigs

Instructions:
Mix together the 2 breads. Place half of the cubes in an oiled 11 x 7
inch baking dish. Top with the turkey, onion, apple crisps, almonds and
cheese. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the
layered ingredients. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 minutes or till
set and lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into
squares. Garnish with the zest and parsley. Serves 6. (Delicious
throughout the year, not just at holiday time.)
