Instructions:
Heat 1 tbsp Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When heated, add
chicken. Stir chicken around while cooking. When chicken is well cooked, set
aside on a plate or in a bowl. Add remaining olive oil to skillet. Added
chopped onions and garlic. Stir constantly, when Onions become translucent,
add chopped pineapple and juice to skillet. Next add the soy sauce and hot
sauce. When heated well and thickened, add in well cooked chicken and
cashews. Simmer for about five minutes. (Serves
4-6 people).
This is a delicious easy chicken dinner that packs plenty of flavor and is a
favorite when we entertain the soldiers and their wives and kids. We have a
pretty tight budget, but your products really add a healthy tasty kick to
our dishes.
