Instructions: Combine the
first 5 ingredients and divide among 4- 16 inch long sheets of aluminum foil,
placing in the center. Top with a chicken thigh. Combine the juice bar,
spices and oil in a small bowl till well blended. Drizzle over each
thigh. Fold up the foil envelope style to enclose the
filling and form a packet. Place the packets seam side up
on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees 25 minutes or till the thighs test
done. Unwrap the packets into an attractive style.
Combine the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle
